South-North Joint Declaration

This declaration establishes the principle of peaceful reunification based on the common element of the parties positions - confederation (South) and lose federalism (North). It calls for the normalisation of relations through  a humanitarian, economic and social framework. The declaration also commits the parties to allow exchange visits by separated family members and the release of political prisoners.
