This agreement seeks to implement Agreements reached in Yamoussoukro in September 1991 by West African Regional leaders to establish peace in Liberia. The agreement provides provisions on a ceasefire, encampment and disarmament, elections, implementation arrangements and the role of ECOWAS in the mediation and ECOMOG in support to the Liberian peace process.

The Comprehensive Cambodian Peace Agreement commonly referred to as the Paris Agreement is comprised of 4 Parts signed the 23 of October 1991 ending the conflict in Cambodia.

This agreement provides for reform of the security sector including the armed forces and the police. In addition, the agreement establishes a National Commission responsible for monitoring the implementation of the agreement (COPAZ).
