The principles for the Democratic Republic of Congo include SSR, decentralization and the consolidation of state authority.

Third Party Monitoring Team (TPMT) and its Terms of Reference

The Terms of Reference for the Third Party Monitoring Team (TPMT) was signed by the Government of the Philippines (GPH) and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) at the 35th round of Formal Exploratory Talks. The agreement established the mandate, composition and functions of the body. The mandate of the TPMT is to review, assess, evaluate and monitor the implementation of the Framework Agreement on the Bangsamoro (FAB) and its Annexes.
