Agreement with the Sudanese Parties on the Modalities for the Establishment of the Ceasefire Commission and the Deployment of Observers in the Darfur

The purpose of this agreement is to determine the terms of reference, the composition, the mandate and the modalities for monitoring and verification of the Ceasefire Monitoring Committee and a Joint Commission provided for in the Humanitarian Ceasefire Agreement, dated 8 April 2004.
