Framework Agreement on Wealth-sharing during the Pre-interim and Interim Period between the Government of the Sudan (GOS) and the Sudan People's Liberation Movement/Sudan People's Liberation Army (SPLM/A)

This agreement provides for wealth-sharing mechanisms between South Sudan and Sudan as a whole to share oil and non-oil revenue. It also calls for the participation of the community in the awarding of contracts.
