Basic Agreement on the Region of Eastern Slavonia, Baranja and Western Sirmium (Erdut Agreement)

The agreement establishes all transitional arrangements including a transitional administration that will facilitate the return of refugees in the region, the protection of refugees and their property rights, and the deployment of an international force to maintain peace and security in the region.
