Agreement on Constitutional Reforms and Electoral Regime

This agreement calls for reform to the constitution, particularly on issues pertaining to indigenous peoples' rights, the role and functions of the security forces and government reorganisation. The Agreement also establishes an Electoral Reform Commission to review and reform the electoral framework.
