Joint Statement between the GRP and MILF Peace Panels

The Joint Statement between GRP (Government of the Republic of the Philippines) and MILF (Moro Islamic Liberation Front) concerns their recommitment to the peace process/resumption of the negotiation. They both agree to move towards signing of a comprehensive peace agreement and a framework agreement on the protection of non-combatants in armed conflicts.
